Tactics

Tactics are the things we do – the actions we take – specific actions undertaken and designed to implement strategy. A campaign is a series of actions designed to achieve a specific objective. The "series" involves strategy, and the actions are the tactics. This is where the proverbial rubber meets the road. Without good implementation – good tactics – it is very difficult to win.

Tactics should be designed to flow smoothly from one to another, keeping in mind that remaining flexible is paramount. Good tactics are winnable, designed to convey our power, designed to involve and unite people, and build the organization.
